Have begun to pick up abit of yoga too.. Realised that it really helps release muscle tension with all the cardio that i do. Especially the quads..
Definitely! and I hope that other people realize that. And The Jillian Michaels Yoga is really good because it is traditional Yoga but it also is uptempo and builds muscle.
