Some people are skinny by nature and the rest of us have issues with the chubs. I've got the same issue with the chubs, but I figured that as long as I exercise enough and eat relatively healthy, well at least I'm healthier than the skinny model who lives on no-carbs and only tiny critter-portions. =D
Have begun to pick up abit of yoga too.. Realised that it really helps release muscle tension with all the cardio that i do. Especially the quads..

Definitely! and I hope that other people realize that. And The Jillian Michaels Yoga is really good because it is traditional Yoga but it also is uptempo and builds muscle.
