Honestly, I know that the main reason you should workout if for yourself. Don’t do it because anybody told you to or because you feel like you have to for someone else. BUT having said that, my fiancee is what keeps me motivated, and after my daughter is born she will keep me motivated as well. I don’t want to be a “fluffy” wife and mom. I want to be a sexy milf haha. And that is what will push me through my workouts and help me keep on track with my diet. Find something, a goal or an ideal, and strive to get there. Always have a benchmark one step higher than you are now. If you are content with your stomach, push to have more toned arms or a better back. Never let yourself get comfortable with where you are — love your body but know it’s potential. That should help give you the extra push you’re looking for.
