I do! I used to do these all the time when I was in volleyball :)

Use Jumping Blocks. They make blocks specially for these workouts but you can also modify it with a sturdy chair. The first I would suggest is to stand with feet shoulder-width apart and use your arms to swing and jump up onto the block. Its important to try and land softly with both feet at the same time and then STEP DOWN, one foot at a time.. don’t try and jump down. 

The next thing I would suggest is using the blocks, or chair, and step up with one foot and straighten your body out and reach for the ceiling (while still on one foot) you can hold the back of the chair if you need to.. then step down and switch feet.

You could also try simple jump roping. 500 in a day, single step. Every time you jump try to land softly with only one bounce and both feet at the same time. 

The last thing I would suggest is calf raises, easily done on a set of stairs. 25 with your feet straight coming slowly up and down on your toes, 25 with just your left foot, 25 with just your right foot, 25 with your toes in and 25 with your toes out. BEWARE my calves tend to cramp up and it is hell lol, so take your time.
